Just wanted to say thank you for commenting at Dystel & Goderich blog today. That was so nice of you. I think I posted there with my unlinked "walkinhistory" i.d. Oh, what I love most about intuitive leaps is they are never wrong, they just are and you get to figure it out later. Hard to go wrong with Ms Steinem.
Hey GhostFolk, thanks for finding me. (Waves) Was really hoping that others would engage in our conversation today. I think it's an important topic and you had some legitimate concerns. I really think it's a matter of balance, figuring out what the cost and benefits are. I do wonder if marketing and publicity types are using social media to fulfill their missions. I get tons of press releases from publicists/marketing folks about their authors' books. You'd think they would be connecting with me via twitter, Facebook, and other social media avenues. Would save a ton of paper. Anyway, perhaps there's a job to be done for authors who have made it. Pay me and I will get the word out for you via all of the platforms at my disposal. Something to think about. Anyway...
That's so true. Thanks for sharing.
