ReplyDeleteI would definitely teleport. I HATE the process of travelling (traffic, flight delays, etc), but I LOVE seeing new places. If I could teleport, I can just pop in Jamaica or Hawaii any time. :)

ReplyDeleteI'd like to be invisible. I've always been fascinated by other people's homes and if I were invisible I could go in and snoop and wander to my heart's delight.
ReplyDeleteOK. So I haven't answered my own question because there are so many cool powers that I'd love to have. So I thought and thought and thought about it and finally decided on this. If I could have any power, I'd like to be able to heal people. To be able to lay my hand on their heads and make the pain, whether physically or mentally, go away. So if someone had cancer, I'd be able to make the cancer go away. Or if someone was tormented by voices in his or her mind, I'd be able to quiet them. I know how important health is. That if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Lost too many family and friends, I guess. Could be a cool novel, no? A person who could heal others? But here's the conflict: in doing so the healer takes on that person's ailment. Obviously you could help or heal everyone. So what do you do in this instance? I'll have to think about this one. Anyway... just in case some of you were wondering what my power would be, there you have it. I'd so like to help others get better. I hate sickness!
